Ascent to Stardom: Tony Brock-Fisher, K1KP and the Flex Aurora

More than ten years ago, Tony K1KP, had the idea that a super efficient and clean transmitter could be developed for the ham radio market based on Class E modulation techniques. He embarked on a journey of learning, innovating and commercializing his idea.

Along the way, Tony published updates on his work. Read about his innovation in QEX.

Back in 2019, Tony felt ready to tell the world about the Polar Explorer. He did some blogging and got himself a booth at the Dayton Hamvention. That's where Tony was approached by Flex.
